The Annex

Formerly home to iconic production studio Fast Ashley's, The Annex is our 2,800 sf flexible studio space for photoshoots, meetings and offsites, and private events.

The space comprises a main production area of approximately 1500 sf, with 14' high ceilings, and 2 large skylights. Additionally, there is a separate lounge area, bar, reception, changing room, and 2 bathrooms.

We're conveniently located in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
